Looking to shed some weight in 2017 or just improve your diet?  This six week course will discuss nutrition basics, and tools and guidelines to help improve your diet to meet your nutrition and health goals. Participants will complete a simple food habit and nutrient assessment to identify problem areas and develop realistic, sustainable goals to improve their nutritional status and health.  A fruit and vegetable challenge will be included during the program. Join us and be lean in '17!
