This year BTA will run a special program designed and planned out to help HS swimmers cycle through a season with heavy workload in both intensity and volume, leading into a guided rest towards either sections or conference championships depending on swimmer Q-times. The workout will be limited to the first 30 swimmers who sign up. Each swimmer will set goals and indentify 2 events to focus on early in the season (consulting of course with respective HS coach).
This training is not intended to replace HS workouts, but will however be very intense and challenging. Swimmers are encouraged to coordinate scheduling with their respective HS coaches. Roll is taken every day and 85% attendance is strongly encouraged. Limited Space - 30 students maximum.
