Would you like to improve your photography skills? Photo Workshop 101 is the answer! Learn basic photo composition and how to use available light in the classroom. We will use areas of Modesto as our backdrop for candid photography and upload the photos to be critiqued in the classroom. This workshop includes 2 days of shooting downtown and 3 days in the classroom. Prerequisite: Before registration, you must have completed Richard Hermann's Digital Photography Basics class before taking this class, as the lessons build directly on what was learned previously, or you may register if you have a full understanding of changing camera settings manually. Smartphones and film cameras are welcome. Your camera should have the ability to change ISO, shutter, and aperture settings manually to fully appreciate this course.
