Does working out feel like punishment? Is fitness an elusive goal because regular exercises don't engage you? Dance your inertia away! You don't have to be a dancer to benefit from these dancer-designed movements. Tone your arms, strengthen your core, and loosen your neck, shoulders and hips while learning ballroom and Latin dance steps. If you sit/stand at work for long hours or have started to be more active but keep getting injured, Marie can show you how to check your alignment, move mindfully and develop a joyful attitude toward enhancing your health.
