Strength and conditioning is important for a strong, healthy body. Strong conditioned muscles help prevent injuries, improve calorie burn and improve your posture. While you are having fun exercising and improving your health, you will learn to self-assess your own form and posture. ACSM certified exercise physiologists, William and Ann provide education and exercises to help you improve strength and day to day performance while reducing your overall risk for injury.

Please read:  No class Jul 3. Bring an exercise mat, a pair of 2-3 pound hand weights and a resistance band. If you do not have a resistance band, you can buy one from the instructor. it is recommended you consult your doctor prior to starting an exercise program.
