Come join us in learning how to properly preserve vegetable pickles.  This class is designed for those who have been curious about canning and preserving but were more than a little nervous to try it on their own.  Master Food Preserver Bambi Porter will cover the many mysteries of canning and preserving. You will learn 3 methods - refrigator, fermenting and canning using the waterbath technique.
