Annie will show you this easy technique to make delicious soft rolls (not Fried) made with shrimp, pork, rice noodles and exotic fresh herbs and vegetables wrapped in light rice paper. A homemade Hoisin dipping sauce will also be taught to accompany the fresh shrimp rolls. After this class you can make this perfect light dish for your family or invite some friends over for a make-it-yourself Shrimp Roll Party. $15 material fee paid to instructor in class.
