Aspiring young chefs will expand their taste buds while they learn how to safely prepare healthy meals and snacks from the amazing seasonal foods grown right here in the Central Valley.  Kids will have fun learning about fresh food, developing cooking skills, techniques and discovering new recipes to create dishes that will delight  their families at home. Each class in the 4 session academy will have a daily menu theme: Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks & Desserts and Dinner. This class is not for children with food allergies due to the rotating menus, abundance of seasonal ingredients available and contact with food during ingredient selection.
