Now that you’ve taken our Notary seminar, how do you build and maintain your signing business? We will teach you the role of a Signing Agent plus the skills and tools required. You’ll review two loan packages with an experienced instructor in the industry and learn how to start your own business. Once trained, notaries can register with other loan signing agencies or start their own. NOTE: Prerequisite: You must take a Notary class prior to registering for the Loan Signing Agent Seminar but you do not need to be a commissioned notary at the time of class. A $60 material fee paid to the instructor in class includes a Seminar Guidebook, loan package and personalized certificate acknowledging your training.
