Mind Muscle Connection students actively focus  the brain to achieve more precise control of muscle function. By focusing on specific muscles you work smarter not harder. A flexible balance ball helps train this connection resulting in better balance of your whole body. This gentle yet powerful workout improves core stability, posture, muscle balance and tone. Give your mind and muscles a workout and improve your everyday balance, mobility and strength.

Please read:  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and Swiss ball to class. It is recommended you consult your physician before starting an exercise program.
