Annie will show you how to make, from scratch, a realistic looking wood log made with a sponge roll cake, filled inside out with chocolate mocha butter cream. True-to-life meringue mushrooms will also be taught to decorate the Yule log. You will get to sample in class and leave with the techniques to make one at home.
