Learn the art of French choux pastry. These beautiful pastries are light and airy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Annie will teach you how to impress your friends and family with both sweet and savory pastries. Choux pastry will be used to create Choux à la Créme (Cream Puffs) & Chocolate Éclairs. We will also make Gougères, a delicious cheese puff appetizer perfect for parties.
