Start a new career helping people from all over the world complete immigration documents. This information-packed seminar will kick start your career by covering all the basics you need to know. You'll learn how the immigration process works for family-based and employment-based immigration, the preference system and the requirements for refugees and asylees. The seminar will be heavily focused on permanent visas, temporary visas, and diversity visas. The role, duties, and responsibilities of the immigration consultant are thoroughly explained to maximize your knowledge. Additionally, you'll gain practical experience by completing the most common immigration documents used including practice visa applications, travel documents, waivers, applications for employment, petitions, permanent residency applications, and green card issues. The instructor will also discuss updates to the Differed Action for Childhood Arrivals program, aka D.A.C.A. Our extensive guidebook contains immigration forms with explanations and definitions to confidently steer you through the process.
