Students of every fitness level can benefit from this zero impact workout. Stability ball workouts are an excellent way to increase your core stability muscle strength, balance and posture. Stability Ball is also an excellent exercise for your mind. Enjoy a wide variety of safe and effective exercises for beginners as well as returning students. Balls are provided for use in class, or you may bring your own.
