Vegan does not have to be boring or unhealthy. Caroline Mitri, CHHC will introduce and show you how to utilize quinoa and couscous in many tasty dishes. You cook it once, but make many different dishes with it. This class will feature vegan and vegetarian dishes filled with many vegetables, flavors, spices and herbs, yet not forgetting your protein ingredients. Some of the dishes will be Moroccan spiced vegetable couscous, warm quinoa vegetable casserole and a Mediterranean quinoa salad. A healthy vegan chocolate dessert will also be made! Most of these dishes can be modified to add meat for any meat lovers in your family.
