You cook it once, but make many different dishes with it. This class will feature vegan and vegetarian dishes filled with many vegetables, flavors, spices and herbs, yet not forgetting your protein ingredients. Some of the dishes will be Moroccan spiced vegetable couscous, warm quinoa vegetable casserole and a Mediterranean quinoa salad. A healthy vegan chocolate dessert will also be made!
